Brad Ballinger is a Principal and Owner of Cincinnatus, a consulting firm that has been serving the nonprofit sector for over 35 years. He has worked with state, regional, national, and international associations leading executive search, strategic planning, and board governance projects. Some clients include Minnesota Broadcasters Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Associations North, International Association for Continuing Education and Training, International Society for Biological and Environmental Repositories, and Industrial Fabrics Association International.
