Meet the Speakers

Jessica Truhler

Danial Davis

Jessica Truhler, Director of Professional Development Strategy, Ewald Consulting

Jessica Truhler leads impactful learning initiatives for a wide range of associations. With over a decade of experience at Ewald Consulting, she brings deep expertise in strategic planning, adult education and content development that helps organizations grow, adapt and serve their professional communities more effectively. 

Prior to her current role, Jessica served as a legislative assistant at the Minnesota House of Representatives, where she developed a strong foundation in public policy, communication and stakeholder engagement — skills that continue to inform her work in the association and nonprofit sectors.

Jessica is a graduate of the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/History. She is passionate about creating educational experiences that connect people, strengthen communities, and support long-term success. 

Danial Davis, Director of Professional Development Operations, Ewald Consulting

Danial brings a strong background in education, community engagement and professional development to his role as a Director of Professional Development at Ewald Consulting. A former classroom educator, he draws on over a decade of teaching experience in middle school English Language Arts, paired with a deep understanding of learning processes, problem-solving and relationship-building. 

 

Outside work, Danial serves for as an Interpretive Naturalist at The Raptor Center in St. Paul and is an author. He holds a Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) from Hamline University and graduated cum laude from Saint Olaf College.
