Heidi Christianson, Nilan Johnson Lewis

Heidi is a Shareholder with Nilan Johnson Lewis and represents nonprofit entities. Her clients include trade associations, social service organizations, hospital systems, private and corporate foundations, educational institutions, and nonprofit health plans. 

 

Heidi’s work includes counseling her nonprofit clients regarding formation, corporate, governance and tax issues, regulatory compliance, mergers, joint ventures, collaborations, member issues, charitable solicitation, donor and endowment fund issues, executive compensation, and corporate restructuring and dissolution. 

 

Heidi is co-chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Nonprofit Committee and a member of the Executive Council of the Business Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. She serves on the Boards of Directors of Propel Nonprofits and her neighborhood association.
